Bridge House

A classy conversion.

Bridge House was a neglected office building and this redevelopment saw it become a modern, residential plot in a scenic location. The aim was to produce stylish apartments that appealed to both professional buyers and renters.

Exploring opportunities.

One of the main considerations was the servicing strategy. We explored the opportunities associated with the imposed constraints from the existing building and worked closely with the client and stakeholders to ensure risks were minimised whilst maximising the benefits.

Cosy and connected.

We implemented a communal heating system using condensing gas boilers, distribution pumps and low temperature water circuits. Each apartment also has a security system and super-fast broadband. Through combining excellent internet with high security and a comfortable environment, the apartments are incredibly appealing to prospective occupants.
