Working to transform the traditional.

WeWork challenges the idea of a traditional workspace. Creating flexible private offices for teams from 1-100+, it also allows employers to create custom workplaces. With an ethos of providing inspiring places for creativity and collaboration, it’s transforming the way we work.

Our work involves managing multiple WeWork projects at a time – as the company constantly looks to build its portfolio and move into new markets. It’s a fast paced business that requires its engineering service provider to match its agile approach and meet its need for efficiency.

Work/pace balance.

From the moment WeWork finds a potential new building, we’re ready to go. We assist with due diligence and lease items; we provide designs for the schemes along with MEP and fire consultancy; and we support the construction process before handing projects over to the WeWork FM teams.

With ever-changing designs and extremely tight turnaround targets, WeWork needs – and gets – a very quick response from us that ensures the projects move at a fast pace.

Surpassing the standard.

Our relationship with WeWork and the contracting team is an extremely close one. As well as responding quickly to its needs and providing second-to-none technical expertise and advice – what sets us apart is that we deal with compliance requirements in the background to provide systems that WeWork want, rather than the standard market offering – a true example of our commitment to providing the absolute best solutions on every project.

Our relationship with WeWork reflects exactly what their workspaces offer – flexibility, collaboration, and the space to think outside of the norm.
