A flexible future for city working.

Stonecutter Court will provide valuable flexible office space in an emerging powerhouse located at the north of the City of London.

Heritage preservation.

The redevelopment of Stonecutter Court involves retaining the existing below-ground-level building envelope and protecting the Grade II* listed public house that sits within the site boundary. Utilising the existing foundations, with some local reinforcement, the new building will deliver 350,000ft2 of high-quality and flexible office provision adjacent to the recently completed Goldman Sachs and Deloitte buildings.

Alongside the office accommodation, there is retail space facing Farringdon Street, new public realm area that enhances the streetscape, and terraces to the upper office levels that mean people can enjoy views across the city to St Pauls.

Bespoke strategies.

We have developed engineering services that support the BREEAM Excellent aspirations of the client and provide a WELL Certification ready shell & core for fit-out by tenants.

Our specialist teams have also been an intrinsic part of this successful design.  We have provided bespoke strategies for façade access that respect the London Historic Viewing Corridor, a tailored vertical transportation strategy to meet BCO performance requirements, and a fire engineered approach to the design of the building to maximise NIA within the constrained footprint of the site.
