Upscale lifestyle hospitality.

The Shams Marina residential and hotel development is a mixed-use scheme consisting of more than 500 serviced and branded residential apartments and a 250-key four-star hotel. The development also contains 85,000 square feet of retail, food and beverage outlets, recreational facilities, a beach club, and private beach.

Upscale living.

Described as ‘ambitious’ in plan and ‘vast’ in scale the project will be the first luxury hotel development on Reem Island and will offer upscale hospitality in a shoreline setting. The mix of accommodation offerings will cater for short or extended stays, alongside a range of world-class amenities including speciality restaurants, business centres, conference venues and wellness retreats.

Understanding client aspirations.

We brought our extensive experience in hotel, residential, and high-rise projects to this challenging but exciting development. Working with the other designers, hotel operator and further stakeholders we delivered this complex project across multiple disciplines on target for building completion in 2020.
