Footfall tracking been implemented with demographic analysis cameras. This is the first time this has been achieved in an architecturally complex, retail environment.
This information can detect mood, age and gender, and give detailed insight to understand how these groups interact with products and move around.
Moving away from tradition.
We guided Samsung through its transition from a traditional retail offer to a fully immersive and interactive experience. The smart technologies have helped Samsung gain access to tangible data to understand how their space is being utilised, drive future decision making and find the best ways to alter their space to improve user experience.
