A discussion of interests.
The Fire Engineering group held their annual Innovation Day on the 2nd and 3rd of March in Glasgow to discuss some of the latest and most important topics in the field of fire engineering and fire safety.
Engineers from London, Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow offices arrived at the Clayton Hotel on the River Clyde to listen to presentations on issues ranging from electric vehicle fires and safety, residential pressurisation systems and best practise for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling.
The Innovation Day is a great chance for colleagues from across the U.K to get together and discuss new and important topics from the fire engineering and fire safety sector which is invaluable in allowing us to keep up to date with changes in the industry.
This event is the culmination of a continuous programme of formal and informal training that we provide for all grades, to keep up to date with all new developments and research in the field of fire engineering.
