To strengthen our commitment, we have joined Global Real Estate and Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) as Partners.

GRESB assess and benchmark the environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) of real estate assets.

“GRESB is the most important initiative for ESG disclosure in the Built Environment. We have joined forces to promote transparency and accountability on ESG data and performance. We want to tap into the pool of resources and knowledge that GRESB provides, not only from the UK and Europe but globally and bring that to our clients.

ESG is a journey; disclosing data is one of the latter stages. We want to help clients to start and evolve on this journey and prepare them to respond to investors requirements, societal expectations and changing trends/market dynamic.”
