A unique lifestyle experience.

Hoxton Hotel is inspired by the diversity and originality of the spaces around Shepherd’s Bush. The brand new, nine-floor hotel is modernising London’s hotel scene.

Thoughtful placemaking.

Hoxton sits directly across from Shepherd’s Bush common, a variety of residential buildings, and a neighbouring hotel. We are seamlessly integrating it in to the area, ensuring the design is empathetic to its location. We have reduced the height and mass of the building and designed an alternative bedroom ventilation strategy, incorporating a innovative fire-engineered ventilation solution.

Supporting aspirations.

To accommodate for the ever-growing tourism industry, we helped to maximise the amount of rooms. Our acoustic team developed a ‘slim wall’ between guest bedrooms. This space-saving innovation increased the hotel room count while also ensuring a private and peaceful guest experience.

Our work will deliver a modern and well respected hotel. In the busy streets of London, the Hoxton will give guests a place to escape and relax.
