As Director of Behavioural and Cultural Change, my role is about enabling delivery of our strategy through aligned culture and behaviours.

My focus…

My focus in the Strategic Leadership Team is to ensure that we empower and mobilise our people through clear and inspiring purpose. This means setting the tone, role modelling behaviours and providing a strategic direction for the firm that connects with our people and continues to evolve our culture in a positive way.

For me, being a leader at Hoare Lea means…

Being relatively new to both Hoare Lea and the built environment, means I bring a different leadership perspective to the table. I bring a systemic view and the ability to hold a mirror up on how we do things, in a challenging and supportive way.

Helping Hoare Lea leaders be the best versions of ourselves is key to creating a great place for our people to work. And I see this as key to us delighting our clients.
