Anna’s primary focus is championing inclusive leadership and broadening strategic insight through the Strategic Council.
She brings two decades of experience at the intersection of sustainability, commercial strategy, and responsible business. Her work has always centred on helping organisations make better long‑term decisions, balancing short‑term priorities with long-term value creation for business, wider society, and the planet.
Through the Strategic Council, Anna brings diverse perspectives into senior decision‑making, challenging assumptions to ensure our long‑term strategy is inclusive but grounded, forward‑looking, and aligned with our people‑and‑planet north star. Anna also contributes to shaping Hoare Lea’s long‑term direction and ensuring our strategy remains resilient and purpose‑led.
