I joined Hoare Lea in 2024 with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Initially unsure of my place, the graduate scheme and supportive colleagues have strengthened my technical knowledge and given me confidence in my career path. I’ve worked on diverse systems across a wide range of sectors, including top secret projects, and have led mechanical designs while collaborating with external parties. Nationwide collaboration within the firm has enabled me to contribute to projects across the country, gaining exposure to unique sectors beyond my local office, and build valuable connections nationwide
