Graduates have the opportunity to spend time working with a different discipline or Specialist group within Hoare Lea. It gives those in their early career an opportunity to spend time working outside of their discipline – meeting new people and developing their professional foundations.
We are committed to driving courageous collaboration and developing cross-discipline knowledge. This programme is excellent for building understanding with other disciplines and developing new skills at an early career stage. Opportunities include a chance to:
- Experience working in a different team, developing knowledge in another area whilst growing professional networks.
- See things from another perspective, to better understand others, communicate better, build relationships and work more collaboratively
- Apply the insights and experience gained to help work more effectively, providing opportunities for the individuals and the firm to be more agile.
- Increase enjoyment, variety and personal growth; gaining the confidence to do things differently and innovatively.
