We have been involved in the scheme since 2021, alongside HOK and AKTII. We designed the MEP services, before assuming a client monitoring role, once SDC was appointed. We provided specialist consultancy including sustainability, vertical transportation, fire, acoustics, vibration, air quality, security, ICT, BMS and intelligent building services.

Our work contributed to BREEAM Excellent at the Design Stage and WiredScore Platinum, with the project aiming for BREEAM Excellent at the Construction Stage and SmartScore Certified.
