Andy Warrack covering Cambridge, Oxford & London
With over 30 years’ experience in building services engineering, Andy is the Director of the technology division at Hoare Lea and is responsible for ensuring Hoare Lea provides class-leading solutions to our clients. He established our Cambridge office specifically to deliver high quality projects for science and research clients. As well as science and research, his specific focus includes data centres, advanced manufacturing and transport.

Steve Delvin covering London & Oxford
Steve is a seasoned Project Director with 25 years’ experience working across multiple sectors, with science and research projects across the golden triangle of Oxford, Cambridge and London.

Tom Snelling covering Plymouth & the South-West
Tom has been in the industry for 20 years, with the last 12 focusing on science & research, including high containment and biological research laboratories, clean rooms and close environmental controls for higher education, government and commercial science clients.

Neil Wylde covering Cambridge, Oxford & London
With 20 years’ experience in the industry, and the last 10 years focused on science & research buildings, Neil has delivered both shell-and-core and fit-out schemes in high containment and biological research laboratories and for higher education, government and commercial science clients.

Henri Smith covering London & Oxford
Henri has spent the last 15 years working in the industry as a contractor, a client and a consultant. Recently he has specialised in the science & research sector. Ask him anything about process utilities, from steam to compressed air, medical gases, WFI or pure water; he can help. His specific focuses are higher education science & research facilities, commercial science fit-outs, biological services units and working for institutional end-users.

Barnabas Kwant covering the North
Barnabas has gathered extensive healthcare and higher education experience over the last 16 years, from leading the services design of clinical laboratories and healthcare research facilities to developing educational and specialist laboratory spaces for cutting edge research. His work on science and research facilities includes multi-stakeholder projects, commercial laboratories and biological services.
