To make a sector accounting for huge global emissions less carbon hungry, and to make flight viable again, we need to play our boarding cards right as a new market develops from the ashes of a once glamorous, now guilt-laden industry.

It’s almost like we’re back in the 1920s and 1930s; we have all these wonderful and weird concepts coming out in terms of aviation.

Expect space hoppers and time travel as EAMaven founder Darrell Swanson – advisor to NASA’s Transformative Vertical Flight programme and board member of the British Aviation Group – discusses the air mobility revolution transforming aviation and facilitating our flight to the future.

If 10% of people switched onto these routes, annually they would save 1700 years in time collectively, and it would put £430m a year back into the economy.

Offering productivity gap solutions and social connectivity, it presents a way to fold responsible decisions into the fabric of the everyday, while making aviation exciting again.
