Allowing unique stories to be told.

We are delighted to announce that we will be working on Sky Studios’ Elstree project in Hertfordshire.

Sky is hoping to produce a 32-acre TV and film studio that will allow more high quality, original content to be created.

The proposed new development will sit beside the current studios and is a significant investment in to the creative economy. It’s forecasted to create up to 2,000 jobs in the local area.

This project, to be completed in 2022, will see a wide team collaborate, including NBCUniversal and Comcast, Hertsmere Borough Council and L&G.

Sky’s group chief executive, Jeremy Darroch said:

Together we share a joint vision to create a world-leading production capability that will support the creation of thousands of jobs in the creative sector. We can’t wait to get started.

We will be working with our client L&G, providing engineering and design for this project. This includes MEP, Acoustics, Fire Engineering, Energy & Utilities, Sustainability, Lighting Design and Air Quality.

My team and I are truly thrilled to be part of this. The studio will create a major production space that will attract film and television productions from all over the world. It is a huge opportunity for the UK.
