Fantastic opportunities for aspiring engineers.

Apprenticeships are a great route for people who want to ‘earn while they learn’. Providing a fantastic experience of hands-on training while working towards a qualification, they can be a direct and exciting way to enter an industry.

For the first time at Hoare Lea, we are recruiting for apprentices. We believe our industry needs to nurture talent as much as possible, and we are delighted to be able to offer aspiring engineers the opportunity to gain the skills, knowledge, and experience they need to kickstart their career.

The successful applicants will join us as a ‘building services design engineer apprentice’, and later decide whether to specialise as a mechanical or electrical engineer, or even as a digital (Building Information Modelling: BIM) designer.

Available across a number of our offices, the chosen apprentices will be fully supported – working alongside our passionate and experienced industry experts, as well as with our firm’s award-winning Learning & Development team.
