A new 500-bed hospital is to be constructed that will serve the whole community but focus on elderly patients and maternity. We are supporting the design, incorporating the very latest in net zero carbon thinking.
We are creating a sustainable space that is fit for future generations. Our designs include air and ground source heat pumps, Passivhaus levels of insulation and infiltration control, as well as low embodied carbon materials.
A community approach.
Our design will bring together a collection of connected services, teams and supporting infrastructure. This includes housing, leisure and cultural spaces that will provide a holistic care and wellbeing to the local environment that has been designed around their needs.
