Bára Melezínková
Bára leads our team advising clients on setting and continually evolving their sustainability and responsible investment strategies, as well as supporting their on-going delivery. From her time managing in-house ESG for real estate investment portfolios since 2020, she brings a unique perspective not only around the process and approach but, crucially, on recognising the key challenges to delivery and how to overcome these.
Bára came to Hoare Lea from LondonMetric plc, previously LXi REIT, where she led on integrating sustainability considerations into everyday transactional and asset management activities. Before this she was a Senior Asset Manager on LGIM’s long income property funds with dedicated focus on sustainability strategy and implementation.
Bára is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (Property Finance & Investment pathway) with 14 years’ experience in the real estate investment management sector, including property asset management and a background in research and analytics.
