These days, engineering is a lot more than pipes and wires; we look at the building as a whole and are involved in every stage, from initial client discussions right through to construction and even the building’s ongoing performance. As a graduate engineer, we’ll expose you to all aspects of our work so you can discover what suits you, so your day-to-day tasks will vary.

Your graduate application process.
We’ve made applying for a graduate position with us as simple as possible:
- An online application with a CV, cover letter, and three questions.
Applications open at the end of September and close at the end of December.
- A telephone interview with our recruitment team based on competency questions. These take place from October until January.
- Selection event involving three separate exercises.
This takes place in the second week of February in Birmingham.
- Offer of employment!
This will be completed shortly after the Selection Event.
