What are we looking for?
These days, engineering is a lot more than pipes and wires; we look at the building as a whole and are involved in every stage, from initial client discussions right through to construction and even the building’s ongoing performance. As a graduate engineer, we’ll expose you to all aspects of our work so you can discover what suits you, so your day-to-day tasks will vary.
You get: award-winning training.
Our IPD (individual professional development) scheme gives you the best training and development in the industry. It recently won the IET long-running scheme award, recognising 25 years of continuous quality. This means if you want to excel in our industry, you’ll get the best level of support working for us.
You also get a dedicated mentor and supervisor to guide you through your development, combined with our comprehensive learning and development programme, and support towards achieving Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer status. The very best graduates on the IPD scheme also receive a prize at our annual mentor rewards.
You get: personalised benefits.
To reward your hard work and commitment we offer a competitive salary, as well as both ‘core’ and flexible benefits. These include:
- Private medical scheme
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 with length of service
- Holiday buy and sell scheme
- Contributory pension scheme
- Active support towards further professional accreditation
- Flexible working hours
- Additional benefits of your choice
