Fixing food systems to fuel our future.

Faulty food systems are one of humanity’s greatest current challenges, with a third of global emissions accounted for by how we produce, transport, prepare and dispose of what we eat.

If we can improve them now, and ensure safe and responsible stewardship, it will certainly take some of the pressure of. Could science – the
perpetual disruptor – and solutions-based thinking around plant genetics and crop adaptation hold the key to resilience and ease the climate crisis?
