Modular by design. Bespoke by nature.
In 2020, we entered the Home of 2030 design competition, an initiative funded by HM Government in partnership with RIBA.
This competition saw teams collaborate to design a solution which can deliver affordable, efficient and healthy green homes for the mass market.
Working alongside Openstudio, with additional support provided by LDA Design and Gardiner & Theobald, we collectively created ‘Connector Housing’, a modular multi-generational approach to homes.
Our design is filled with innovative and flexible systems that support families through the years, adapting alongside them as their needs change. As a result, timeless homes and neighbourhoods can be created.
Following a rigorous judging process, we were pleased to be awarded as joint winners. The judging panel commented, describing our solutions as ‘excellent’.
