Tackling complex challenges with an evidence-based approach.

About me.

My career started as an industrial controls design engineer at a major UK manufacturing company, later joining a building services consultancy to work on the complex systems of a hydraulic lifting bridge. During this time, I also worked on a range of healthcare and office projects.

Having joined Hoare Lea in 1994 as an executive electrical engineer, I became part of the Expert Witness group in 2008 and was made Technical Director in 2019.

My role.

I have considerable experience in design, co-ordination and project management of a wide range of electrical engineering systems, with an emphasis on the healthcare, commercial and industrial sector.

I am an experienced expert witness with a wealth of knowledge. My role is to provide honest and forthright advice to the legal profession to get to the bottom of their technical issues. Through thorough and proportionate investigation, I advise client and counsel on both the strength and weaknesses of their position.
