Concordia Works picks up a win at the BCO Northern Awards 2017.

Concordia Works has won best project for the ‘projects up to 1,500 square metres’ category. Judges praised the office building in Leeds as a transformative space that caters to modern businesses while maintaining its existing structure and many original period features. They added that the interior design respects the integrity of the warehouse’s industrial past with exposed brickwork, trusses, and cast iron columns playing a major part in the building’s new look.

The BCO Northern Awards are an annual event to celebrate excellence in office space in the North of England, North Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Concordia Works then won at the 2017 British Council for Offices National Awards in the category ‘Projects up to 1500m2’.
