Justin Spencer set to lead our firm.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Spencer as our Managing Partner.
Having joined Hoare Lea as a graduate in 1993, Justin was invited to become Partner in 2009, and went on to become Managing Partner of our Bristol office in 2013 – a post which he has held ever since.
Justin follows in the footsteps of Gary Tucker, who has been Managing Partner since 2006, and will remain a Chairman of our Executive Board.
“Having been a part of Hoare Lea for nearly 27 years now, this is a proud and humbling moment. Like my fellow Partners, I feel passionately about our firm, its vision and values.”
For me, leadership means establishing the right culture – focussing on our people, securing the best, most challenging projects and delivering an outstanding service to our clients.
“As the UK economy and construction industry continues its gradual recovery from Covid-19, my focus will be on ensuring Hoare Lea leads the charge in tackling society’s biggest challenge – the climate emergency – and that we continue to play our part in helping the industry be the best it can be.”
