Our new Managing Director.
Justin Spencer set to lead our firm.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Spencer as our Managing Partner.
Having joined Hoare Lea as a graduate in 1993, Justin was invited to become Partner in 2009, and went on to become Managing Partner of our Bristol office in 2013 – a post which he has held ever since.
Justin follows in the footsteps of Gary Tucker, who has been Managing Partner since 2006, and will remain a Chairman of our Executive Board.

For me, leadership means establishing the right culture – focussing on our people, securing the best, most challenging projects and delivering an outstanding service to our clients.
