Applied Research and Innovation (ARI) is an open and diverse team focused on catalysing change and evolving new ideas. We strive, within Hoare Lea, to foster new skills, forge connections and create a space for innovation; and with academic and industry partners to exchange and co-develop new research.
Aligned with our North Star of 'people and planet', ARI’s near and long-term goals are to advance our current practice and help shape the future. Through our existing expertise, building external partnerships, research and design secondments, ARI weaves together four exploratory threads:
