Our SABRE accreditation.

SABRE is a security assessment and certification scheme for buildings and built infrastructure assets. Administrated by Building Research Establishment (BRE) Global, an independent testing and certification organisation, SABRE promotes a systematic and risk-based approach to security. Applicable to new or existing built assets, it provides a rating of a development’s security, allowing clients to demonstrate they have fully considered the security of their facility and its users in the development of an operationally and cost-effective solution.

Our firm’s security team has just been formally accredited onto the SABRE scheme, as part of our aim to drive improvement in the industry by the implementation of best practice and by enhancing security performance.

In addition to this achievement, two of our Security team experts – Richard Jones and Ornela Perera – have been awarded BRE accreditation as SABRE Registered Professionals. This means they have been certified by BRE as meeting the requirements of ‘Suitably Qualified Security Specialist’ (SQSS) as defined in BREEAM HEA06.
